Dear Team,
I have purchased 1 lakh bulk sms from Getinfomedia worth rs 3700 with tax on 15-oct-2011 from MR . Sangeet Mishra ( [protected] , [protected] ) now he locked my outgoing sms and he is saying that "trai rules has been changed , you will be charged 6 paise on each sms , " and he is communicating me that " to resume service your account balance will be deducted by 80000 sms and will go to 20000 sms. "
when i send sms i get notification as "Sorry you need both selected credits and termination credits to process"
My question is that i have purchased before trai regulation , so i should not be bounded for further taxes , So why i will pay taxes for that ?
, TRAI changed their rules in November and i purchased in October and they don't have any authority to charge tax on previous bill.
and Mr. sangeet mishra has also aggravated with my account continously, just see the attachment. i have attached bill , my account transaction and error which i am facing.
Kindly help me out as soon as possible.
