Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to let to know that the DIB offices of Asansol, Durgapur and Burdwan are inco-operative. They lack a co-ordination among themselves and the phone number of DIB Burwan[protected] is non-functional. My Dad's passport police verification report is stuck in Burdwan even after 3 months. Being in USA, I am unable to get in touch with any of the offices by phone/email. The offices at Asansol, Durgapur have called it quits citing their helplessness and then putting the phone on hold, indefinitely, while Burdwan remains unreachable.
I commend on the excellent work being done by these government offices and request those responsible for putting information/procedures in order.

I, Khalil Ahmed, had applied the passport on 17th Sept, 2011 (file ref no: CAL-A[protected]; date of birth:[protected]. I applied the passport for since last 3 months the passport status shows "Police Report has not been received. Sir I applied this passport for hajj purpose. My police report has been sent by Asansol DIB Inspector to Burdwan DIB Inspector (Dispatch No is 12890) and (IPR No is 579). But There is no response from the DIB inspector of Burdwan or the passport office of Kolkata and their telephone nos are not working. I am unable to get in touch with any of the offices by phone/email, I request u that do some thing for me, plz contact me from Phone/E-mail,
