[Resolved]  Bus Ticket — JOURNEY BROKEN

Sir,
I had booked two tickets (Self, wife & 3 yrs old son) on 12.11.2012 through RedBus.in from Kollam to Mysore online. On the e-ticket there was a contact number which I had contacted at around 2 p.m on 12.11.12 for knowing the details of the exact time and pick up point. They informed me that pick up point is near Kumar Theater and time 9.15p.m. But to our dismay at around 8 p.m. I was informed that the bus has been cancelled. They neither informed the reason nor arranged for any other option. Though we tried to go by other buses, it was too late. Self & wife are working in Mysore and we had to report for duty 13.11.2012. Due to the cancellation of the ticket, we were forced to put up room in Kollam , also we will be loosing one day salary and also we got reservation to Mysore only from Ernakulam. Taking into account the tension created to us and the financial losses incurred by us kindly consider our case genuinely, and please reimburse the expenses incurred by us on these two days : ticket fare, taxi, room rent, fare from kollam to ernakulam.
