I had booked 2 tickets on 2nd May and debitted Rs. 1544/- from my credit card. Both the tickets has been cancelled on 10th May and got a confirmation for only one, and only one ticket amount has refunded (Rs. 543/-) to my account. Raised a complaint on busindia.com customer support on 13th May. But still dint get any response from their end. They are not communication thru email of the booked tickets or complaints raised details etc. But pop up msg show the booked ticket or complaint will receive your email id.
Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 634/-
