[Resolved]  CACHE MERCANTILE — Unauthorized deduction of Rs 6999 By CACHE MERCANTILE

Two months back one Executive called me and said he is HDFC Credit Card Executive. He told me that my payments are going good, so we are providing you a discount card.The person told that we will provide you a discount card free of cost and send you some gifts and travel vouchers for holiday package .We will not charge extra anything from you .You tell your hdfc card number and expiry date . He explained me about 'DINING PLUS Discount Card' , how we can get discount from the Purchases we make. I was asked to pay Rs.6,999/- through my hdfc CARD & also he told while payment time they will inform you that the card is DINING Card, since they are courier people they don't, so you say yes, based on that one more executive contacted me after that they deducted Rs.6,999/- through my hdfc gold Card. Even the executive told me that i can convert it into 6 months EMI !!.

After two weeks, I received DINING CARD from CACHE MERCANTILE, but it was not as per they promised.So I have contracted executive on the phone number[protected]DELHI) more than 50 times but it was always busy or it showed wrong number.

On[protected] Dining plus authorities contacted me on ph: [protected] and told me that the card in my possession has not been purchased from Dining Plus but from another vendor, the details of the Vendor are provided below:

I contacted hdfc authorities but they said "We request you to take up the matter directly with merchant and obtain a letter of cancellation of charge".
As the merchant is not responding i am unable to send any cancellation proof.
Further, it is to mention that M/s Cache Mercantile, Marketing executive collected my HDFC Card, CVV No., my DOB and OTP in a cheated manner by telling me as they are calling from HDFC Card for some promotional offer.
please look into the matter as soon as possible & refund the payment.
