Our phone no[protected] is dead since 6th September 2009.

Complain made to Telephone exchange Jadavpur without any response though they are promising for the same when ever I called them

my telephone no[protected] dead on 28.07.2009 lodge a complain under docate no.G9788 on 11.09.2009 till not attandet...

My phone is dead for last five days.My docate nos are K 8628/K 9548 & no is 24651490.I even complained at CGM Office.One of your team came to repair one phone in our building yesterday, unfortunately my complain they did not attend.I am a very old customer, a senior citizen and just got a pacemaker implanted about two weeks back.Since this morning I have decided to take help of my cell phone service provider for internet surfing & intend to surrender my landline connection along with broadband service.Hope you will do the needful at your earliest convenience.

My landline is out of order since last thursday (1.10.09) and today is 9.10.09. Even after repeated complaints daily no technicians are coming to attend the fault. My docket no. is I6021. In my locality every landlines are working excepting ours. My mother is a sr. citizen and is staying all alone in the house. Kindly do needful

My BB connection is out of order since 02.09.09. I have complained number of times, met personally to DE(Internal) Jadavpur but nothing happen till date. I have all docket numbers, duly received lettes.
My telephone and BB was out of order from 18.07.09 to 19.08.09. I had requested DE(Internal), DE(External) Chief Accounts Officer(Jadavpur) for adjustment of monthly charges for Telelephone and BB charges. But every month you are sending me bill. No action has been taken so far. My phone no is 24160840.

My broad band service is out of order since 02.09.09. I have complained number of times and personally met DE(Internal) 3 times. But no action has been taken so far. I have all complains letters with duly receved by Telephone exchange, Jadavpur. Before this my telephone and BB were out of order from 18.07.09 to 19.08.09 and there is no rebate given in my telephone bill.When I asked the same to DE(Internal), he had no reply. I also have given letter to Sr.Accounts Officer, but no action has been taken from his end. I shall appreciate General Manager (Calcutta) telephone look into the matter and take immediate action.In this regar I would like to infom you that I have paid all bills in due date last 3 months.

I am self employed and BB is essential for my business. Now as a cosumer, I have no other option to approach Consumer Court for justice if Calcutta Telephone does not bother to rectify my BB service immediately.

I have submitted a letter to your Jadavpur office on 20.4.09 with duly signed on it, regarding "Reabte in bill for discontinue my line including broad brand service" for long time from 2.3.09 to 18.4.09. I have tried to contact your official at several times over phone at 24731010 & 24120000, but till I dt.i have not get any such rebate in my bill.

So sir pl see the matter ASAP & get me the status.

Calcutta Telephone — telephone - landline & broad band dead

My land line and broad band connection is dead or more than week. No body has come or informed me when the line will be up and i can use the service. Telephone no is[protected]. complain no. [protected]

MY LAND LINE PHONE NUMBER IS[protected]. MY TELEPHONE IS DEAD SINCE 21.05.2012. I HAVE LODGED MY COMPLAIN THROUGH THE CUSTOMER COMPLAIN NO 1500 ON 21.05.2012. DOCKET NO IS [protected]. AFTER THAT SEVERAL TIME I HAVE REMIND ABOUT MY COMPLAIN BUT THEY ARE ONLY ASSURING ME AND ASKED ME TO DIAL DIFFERENT TELEPHONE NO OF COSSIPORE EXCHANGE OF KOLKATA.. BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY TILL TODAY MY PHONE IS DEAD.
