Sometime in Dec 2009 I got a SMS on my phone from a company called Call Kaire Solutions. They solicited that they were providing part-time job opportunities that involved using internet and working from home. I recommended my sister to call them and find out more. She did the same and they asked her to pay a fee of Rs 2000/- and once they introduce the client she will have to shell out an additional Rs 3000/- to the client to get the project. She contacted them sometime between the 18th to 20th of Dec and they said that she has to pay the initial Rs 2000/- before 22nd Dec since the application for a projects ended on 23rd Dec. She transferred the amount to CallKaire the very day (22nd Dec).
She did receive 2 emails and one with the client details. When we called the Client on 26th Dec he said that he knew no company called CallKaire. I took the initiative and called CallKaire a few times. They in turn asked the client to call me which he did. The Client told me that my sister will get a call from him and he'll ensure that she get a project by Jan 4th. And that's the last time we have hard from them. Its been close to a month now and there is no direction on when we'll receive the project. I called to ask for a refund and they are now refusing to pay me back. This has caused some friction between my Sister and Brother-In-Law.
I don't know what to do, please help me get my money back. My sister or I don't want to do any business with CallKaire.
Over the last 4 days all their mobile phones are switched off.
