callnsolve is my amc service provider one day i got problem with them. they delay the data recovery but worked success and charged 700/-. i dont think this comapny is fake or illegal i got good service and they are managing my system maintenance for 10 desk 3 lap 4 printer

sorry to see this post on desk and requesting everyone that believe that what you have experience. my self ananda kumar h p from electronics citi and 2 months back i had problem in my computer it dell server than i called asklaila they gave me CALLNSOLVE NO[protected] i explain them the problem, they charged me only 300/- and fixed the problem even they have gave me 1 month service guarantee. today many days over my company is happy from callnsolve service.
this is my appeal please call to callnsolve[protected] from malleshwaram and get best IT Solutions

useless company. they don't respond to email. They solve problem which you never asked to be solved.
In my care my laptop has a problem with the body. I asked them to get it rectified by getting a new body and if needed get the hinges also replaced (the hinges were in a good state and they were to be replaced only if they didn't fit in the new body).
What they did was outrageous. First they failed to keep my updated and I was constantly calling them day after day. Then they told me they were unable to find a body but they have replaced the hinge. They did some fabrication work without even checking with me once on price or whether I wanted it done or now For the fabrication alone they charges about 2.5K. The total came to 5K (they replaced the hinge which was in perfect condition). I was not happy on seeing the fabrication work and told them that this will come off. They gave me a warranty as well that there will be no problem with the work they had done for next 1 year.
Even though their charges were too high and they didn't bother to check with me, it would have been fine had the fabrication not come off. Within a month the fabrication came off. I wrote several emails to them and all of them were diverted, they didn't even bother to call me up.
For sure I will never use their service.
PS: I believe all the positive feedback are from the people of the company themselves.
