[Resolved] Canon — Complaint against the service provider of Canon | |||
I Sudipto Bhowmick purchased a Xerox machine (model: image runner 2520). At the time of purchasing the service provider of Canon said that they will come and read the meter every month and the bill will be based on that reading. They will cut 41 paisa per page, which includes toner and spare parts. But they don’t come for checking meter only if there is some problem in the machine they come for that and that time only they check the meter. Either wise they call and ask how much is the reading? The last bill they send was very high. Our meter itself is not showing so much reading. They are saying that they have taken the average and did the bill. We requested that so high bill is not possible for that they can come and check the reading. But they are claiming that they have done the accurate billing. In spite they are forcing to pay the bill. Now we are not in the position of paying so high bill. Please take necessary action against them.
