[Resolved]  Canon Powershot A800 — not working my camera

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, i bought canon power shot A800(GY), Body Serial No:[protected].From jaigaon ,dist jalpaiguri,.shop name - balaji complex..the main purpose of buying is for my sister's
marriage occasion..i buyed this on 2nd december 2011..and i used for 3
days after that it was hanged.i was suppose to hand over my camera that day, but
i was in marriage so i was unable.i could not use it properly for
marriage..i gave to dealer in 8 or 9 dec in 1week..they took and
forward to siliguri and when i called them they were rough to
us, when i kept my problem before them, they said "why u buyed this camera ?"eg, i
did'nt gave battery, then they were horrible, they were changing their
words often,1st time they said, water is passed so it damaged, then battery
lickage, we said may be a thousand times that we didnt charge the cell
which were said us to throw..they were forcing us to accept that we
charged the cell..again when it went to Kolkata and returned..they ask
me to pay again 3,623.00 .I don't understand that, why I should pay the money 2nd time. As I alredy got the warranty of 1 year.




Till today I hadn't face any kind of problems from Canon & others companies.

So, humble request to you, kindly give the attention to my mail deeply & try to replace my Camera Set. Please find the attach files.
