I had purchased one Canon Digi cam Model No. SX 100 IS on Oct. 18, 2009 from Reliance Digital store, Vashi. Due to the rush in the store i couldn't verify every thing of camera at the time of purchase. Next day in the morning i saw that there was a dent and scratches below the lence of the camera. Immediately, i rushed to the Reliance store and registered my complaints. But the sad thing was that no staff was ready to register my complaints and they were motivating me to rush to Canon service centre. Since i had purchased it a day before so i was expecting for the replacement. Still my camera is with service centre. No one is responding properly.Suggest what to do????
