Capita India — Not received epf slip for the year[protected] &[protected]

Hello Sir,

I working for CAPITA INDIA for the last three years. My EPF A/C NO. MH/THN/2006298/0200.

I received slip for the year[protected]. I asked every year for the slip but the company, our seniors replied that "Don't worry sir, no can taken your amt. But i want slip for our records.
