[Resolved]  Car Insurance — harrassment

I have ended my insurance with you and received a letter dated in January 2010 saying I do not owe a penny more after a cock up with your computers or rather the inputting on your computers . I have now received yet another letter dated 4th march that you have not been able to obtain money from my account and I had to contact direct collections. I have gone through all this with much stress involved and have a letter stating all is ok . I have tried to contact you after half an hour I got through to somone who said a manager would ring me the following day THIS WAS NOT DONE !!!, I phoned again a couple of days later and was assured a manager would ring ONCE AGAIN THIS WAS NOT DONE !!!! I can only assume you are so embarrased about yet another MISTAKE that know one has the guts to ring to apologies . It does say on my letter that if I am not sattisfied with the last apology then I can take further action by contacting the Financial Ombudsman , This is my next step I am not willing to get any more letters saying that I owe you money It causes me great stress and it affects my health and wellbeing . I am utterly appalled that I have had to complain YET AGAIN and regret the day I ever had any dealings with AVIVA . You have my email and my phone number is [protected] although this number seems to dissapear from your system . I suggest a real big shake in this company along with your overseas contact centre every thing is so amateur and UN CUSTOMER focused. NO CUSTOMERS NO COMPANY I trust I will hear from you soon even if it is just a matter of common courtesy perhaps !
