On 16th Oct I had purchased the Sony Audio System (Bill No.CPR/2453 Amount 13611/- INR).when I did check the audio system then found there was antenna missing then I check with store in charge for this then he told me that Antenna is out of stock and they will provide this on next day Monday 17th Oct. But till today they didn’t provided the antenna and I have checked it three to four times on the showroom. I had escalated to store manager Mr. Spandan .I have very bad experience about carplus services.
From 16th Of Oct-10 till today 24th Oct i am follow up regularly and contacting with Service Manager Mr. Chopra too but nothing is done to my problem. They are making false commitments. Was this information helpful? |
