I want to bring to notice the harassment and lack of professionalism your customer support is showing. As you will read below I as customer made huge mistake by firstly buying you A/C and then being stupid enough to buy AMC on top of it. Now my A/C is not functioning for more than 2 weeks and all your customer support is doing is giving assurances. I am not sure if you guys care but this is pathetic show by a company claiming to be multinational,.
I have talked to Nabil Aamir, who is your customer care supervisor at[protected]. The only response I get is we will call you back and we are very sorry.
I have written to customer care address, and got response from Anju Luther, that she is quite regretful and will do something soon.
Your AMC guys in Noida(AB enterprises) who promptly took money for AMC are not even picking up the phone now. I think they are quite sick and sorry hearing customer complaints from people who bought Carrier.
I have undergone similar harassment by Carrier last year when I bought the A/c and they sold me a broken piece. Now am carrying burden of that broken piece on me and fraud company like Carrier is not even responding. Was this information helpful? |
