At July 1st he shows all colours of SX4 at Ambattur cars india service and show room. i want the oryster blue colour at the time of paying the balance amount but he told there was not available blue colour and i should wait for 3 weeks.
i cant wait i cancel the booking and i want to get back my advance amount from cars india but that man told - " you can't get full amount . we will take one thousand rupees for the service charge towards the cancellation" - and also they need a letter from me to get nine thousands rupees within a week
colours unavailable is not my mistake then how this is
the CARS INDIA is cheating me and getting money from me without sale SX4 blue.
Is any rules having maruthi dealers like this?
Now I purchased a Maruthi SX4 oryster blue at ABT maruthi Show room Guindy Chennai
At the time of booking the cars india sales man was dealing with me and came to my house daily but now after getting my advance there is no dealing and and the answer is "Come with a letter to our show room to get the the balance Rs 9000"
I have the options of coluor changing but the CAR INDIA LTD is Cheating me.
Can you help me ?
