Cegonsoft Pvt Ltd — refusal to pay the fee remitted

Fee of rs 12680 had been remitted to the account of cegonsoft pvt ltd at coimbatore. Account number:[protected] through ICICI bank pollachi branch on[protected]. My daughter could not join the course since her college refused to grant her permission to attend the classes after college hours as she stays in the hostel. So she DID not attend any classes whatsoever.Informed the area manager about her inability to join the course. Several requests were made with the area manager to reimburse the amount, but all the requests were met with rudely. On[protected]april 25th, 2011) when I met her at the coimbatore office she rudely told me to go and fight legally. A complaint was brought to the notice of the company's head office at bengaluru. They also rudely asked me to fight it out legally.

Cegonsoft pvt ltd failed to give training to the enrolled students as per their original promise of five days a week,but instead imparted training only on on four or six sundays only and collected all the fee from the students. Kindly arrange with the organisation to reimburse the money. Thanking you.
