It is so unfortunate that despite our repeated complaints to the company Celsius Refrigerators Pvt Ltd, Udyog Minar, 7th Floor, Udyog Vihar Phase_V, Gurgaon 122016, India and the trader (M.K. Traders, opp. SAI Upwan, 45 Foota Road, Hindon Vihar, Ghaziabad-201001 we are unable to get any help regading the repair of the -20 Celfrost deep freezer (Model No. BFS 150-148; Serial No.[protected] purchased last year. The equipment was delivered along with the refrigerated Microcentrifuge Hermle by Mr. A.K. Singh of Genemate Technologies Pvt. Ltd, C-2, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092. Mr. Singh now owes no responsibility of the -20 deep freezer and simply asks us to contact the traders and the company who are totally unconcerned and reluctant to the problem.
It is worth considering that the freezer (worth Rs 20,000/-) just after crossing the warranty period is of none's responsibility. It is indicative of the callous approach of the company and related people as if it's life is only of one year and the consumer's request is not worth attending.
We really repent to have relied upon Mr. Singh who gave us Celfrost instead of the ordered Vesfrost by insisting that the latter is equally good and will replace it with Vesfrost if it doesnot work ( we have the copy of the undertaking).
Now we really repent our decision to have gone for such a bogus product o[censored]nreliable people and request you to help so that our research work doesnot suffer further. Was this information helpful? |
