I took a 5 years plan with Chandamama for both English Chandamama and Junir Chandamama from Jan 2009 and so far I have not received by Feb 2010 or Mar 2010 of both the editions. Also their email response it pitiful and with no remorse.
Also most of the months so far, I have to ask them by email and then they will dispatch after the15th of the month. They do not know how to run a subscription service honestly.
Their latest excuse is they are transferring stuff to Mumbai and hence we will not get it. How do I get my money back as this is a pathetic situation that they run this subscription. NOt able to reach their CEO or MD> Was this information helpful? |
