in which Electors surname is "MAJUMDAR" instead of "MAZUMDER"
which is being given in ALL MY QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS.
also my PHOTOGRAPH is UNRECOGNIZABLE.I just want to RECTIFY it.

also found these mistakes in all my family members voter id card

In electors card my Father name is mentioned : V Chinnappan Naidu instead of CHINNAPPA C V
Adress is not mentioned : 411 (BBMP-40), 5th Main, 5th Cross, GM Palya, New Thippasandra (Po), Bangalore : 560075
