[Resolved] Chayanika Gas Agencies - Kolkata Tollygunj — Misbehaving employees, problem in LPG booking

First of all they never pick up the phone. If somehow they pick up, they misbehave. It is almost impossible to book a LPG over phone with chayanika. I am greatly aggreived with this agency.
This agency Chayanika is really a nuisance. The staffs are absolutely rude and misbehave with the consumers at the first instance available including its owner who is the most rude of them all. The other unfortunate part is that they force the customer to take ovens from them which are of worst quality and charge too much for that.
The most frustrating part is the repair / service person the owner kept. That person is an absolute worthless and cheats the customer like anything. For any small service the basic charge is Rs 70 and the service person purposefully change small parts that may not worth even Rs 1 and charge the customer for Rs 20/30 for that. Recently he came to my house and even broke a burner in doing the cleaning and asking Rs 450 to replace the same.
This agency should be banned and IOC should consider taking actions against this agency.
