[Resolved] Furniture Mall — Cheated | |
Hello, I have booked bean bag in an exhibition at Nasik on 6 Nov 09. As the colour was not available, they asked me to collect it on Monday 9 Nov 08 from same exhibition. On Monday they told me that the colour is still not available and they will deliver bean bag to my address on Thursday 12 Nov. (Note :: I did ask for a refund on that day itself coz it was the last day of exhibition and they have no branch in Nasik.) When I didn't received any call on Thursday, I called Mr Dilip. That guy didn't answered my call. After few hours I got an sms from him and got a number for enquiry. It was Mr Sameer's number. He again said that I will receive my bean bag on Sat 14th Nov 09. But again they lied... When I called them at their office number, one lady answered my call again saying that I will receive that till Monday and that they don't offer refunds. I told her that Mr Dilip has promised me to refund the amount if I don't get the product on time but still that lady was ignoring.... At the moment nobody is answering my call. All phones are switched off. Now I am moving to consumer court and also filling a compliant at police station for fraud.
