This is regarding extremely poor service provided by chevrolet. 2 yrs back i bought SPARK LS model(RJ 14 CF 4O99). Its silencer pipe got damaged .Its been more than 4 months i have been asking them to replace it but in vain. Everytime i ask for it and they have the same pathetic answer that ITS OUT OF STOCK. I fail to understand why do they produce such cars for which they cannot get the spare parts .

Also there is only 1 service station in JAIPUR which is on the outskirts of the city aprox. 25 kms. from my home. Its extremely annoying to travel such a distance ESPECIALLY when the mileage of the car is 10 km/ltr as against the company's claim of 16 km/ltr and then hearing a negative reply as they don't attend any phone calls.

I hope the matter would be seriously looked into.
