[Resolved] chevron — poor customer service, employee bad attitude | |
I've gone into the chevron store on beach and garden grove blvd in garden grove. This particular employee named billy has a really bad attitude and poor customer service skills. I walk in and he immeadiately has a mad look on his face and his body language tells me he thinks i'm in there to steal something. I've bought liquor and cigarettes and he slams stuff down on the counter and glares. he has not only done this with me but, with other people. i've been in customer service retail for a long time and the first rule is to acknowledge the customer and find out if theres any thing you can help them with. I just find his attitude and his customer service skills are very poor and would appreciate if someone had a talk with him and showed him how to treat customers with respect and curtisy Was this information helpful? | |

Anyway my card was denied, Ithen went into the station and the fellow behind the counter tried and once again denied, so he called and a woman spoke with my wife and she asked if i was there, she said no, hes at home, she denied my wife using the Chevron card, she then put it on her Master Card .
When our cards are issued to us, we have always been issued two cards, I sign one and my wife signs her name on the back of the other, always without a problem until today and the reason for my letter is to ask why our card at the gas pump was denied...I am looking at my time honored customer card, this was of 34 years, now it would be 36 years that we have been customers of Chevron, she is quite upset and so am I.
All we want to know is why our card was not accepted at the pump...reasonable question and I will expect a reasonable explanation.
