Chevrolet Spark — non delivery of accessories
I have taken a chevrolet spark from venus motors pvt ltd bbsr.According to assesories features they are suppose to give rear fiber tray back of rear seat. But for that they demand its cost. Is it not available with spark LS model. If yes pl suggest me what to do.

i have bought a chevy spark on 16th june 2009 from the dealer ELDEE MOTORS, Renukoot.He had not given the full accessories and told that it will be delivered within two days but he not fullfilled his promise.Now it has passed a month.Whenever we are trying to call him, he is not reciving the call .
Kindly take the neccesary action against it!

Chevy Spark — Non Delivery and Misbehave
I have booked a spark at your dealer shop M/s. Vibhushan Automobiles P. Ltd., Hisar on 17/07/08 againest which I was said that They will deliever the car on 24-07-08, I was supposed to deposit the quoted amount in shape of D/D which was made by my financier on[protected] which was informed to the dealer on same date. After receipt of the D/D the dealer is insisting me to go for higher model and asked me for a payment of Rs. 18000/- . He is saying that Rs. 2.66 Lac is only to attract the customer actually company is not intrested in selling it and dealer is also not intrested in as they get less commision on it.Dear Sir, if the company is not intrested in selling 2.66 lav model why you are wasting too much on advertisement.
If pre delievery service experience of customer is so bad how you can say regarding maintainence free ownership while your service network has to born yet.
The govt of haryana has increased the rate of registeration tax and road tax who will be responsible for that.
The Cheque has been issued by my Banker who is charging Intrest on loan amount who will pay for the period which is not enjoyed by us.
Mr. Abhishek so called M.D. of the Dealer Point has misbehaved with myself on[protected] saying that we can not deliever you can not you the carr because cheverolet is not supporting and behaved with me as a inferior buyer and sa treaeiry that they will not refund my money and their treatment was like a poor govt deptt.
Sir I am intrested in the car till date but if the company is not intrested to sell it please inform me.
