[Resolved]  Chronopost — Delivery

Hello,

Chronopost tried to deliver a package when I was absent. The driver left aviso with unreadable number hence I can not track it. Their message was to pick up from their office, 15 km from my address. I called, no answer, I went there, they were closed. There were 2 options for the driver, to leave my package @ the local post office or to contact me and schedule next delivery.
What the driver chose is the least convenient for me! I already paid for the parcel to be delivered but now I have to go for the second time and try to obtain it from them, because I can not get any information over the phone due to the unreadable scribbling left by the driver!
This is the worst delivery service I have ever come across! I will never use it nor will I recommend it to others!

I would like to get some response from the management regarding this service.

My shipment parcel was sent from Paris to Bangalore ( india), on 26 Sep 2017 and till date the parcel has not reached the destination in Bangalore ( India), I tried calling your call centre numbers in your website, but they can't track the parcel and are saying that it could be lost. Kindly look into getting my parcel tracked and sent to the right address ASAP as it is an important parcel.

My shipment was sent from France on 20/10/2017 to Bangalore, Tracking number is XE[protected]FR.The current status as of today 26/10/2017 is "Contact with sender or consignee in progress". My shipment chronopost [protected], expedition N° : XE[protected] FR, code: 0335, has not come on 17th October as scheduled, I have seen on internet that it is held on customs in Delhi from 12th, I don't understand what is the reason or which documents are needed . i have no number to contact them . There is inside a document that I need urgently absolutely.
Please give me information about the delivery, because I am too much worrying about.
The sender from La Reunion has put a complain also from his place, but nothing is moving. The parcel has been sent on 10 th October 2018, which is a very long time according the presume delays of Chronopost !!!

I am Jeanne PERE, residing in Bodhgaya, BIHAR INDIA. I have already sent a message complaint to inform about my parcel (shipment : [protected], Ref N° from sender : XE[protected]FR, code 0335) where there is an important document that I need absolutely. It is stuck in Delhi customs from 13 days, I have ready in hand the KYC documents required for the customs, but :
- I have no address,
- no email to send them,
- no phone N° working to contact them ( One N° has been given for me by Mr BAIBHAB from that company, but it is not working at all when I want to call back : it is told "invalid N°- He had also to send me an email, but I didn't receive anything).

I am desperate,

my choropost docket No. is GX[protected]FR and it should be delivered in Jorhat Assam, 785001 but currently it showing out of delivery in kolkata. how can even it be possible. it contains important things to me. kindly provide me any contact number of the of Chropost Kolkata office.
