Hello sir,
My mobile no is [protected].i am using this number from last 2 yrs.This time i have facing problem to use net connection.i have recharged 3 times form 10 feb. to 2 march for my net connection.All time my balance deduct from my mobile.i used Rs96 pack for net.when i called in customer care then my call was kept on hold for 17 minutes.after this i cut the phone.plz give me solution as soon as possible. in the time of mobile portabilty this type of service will not accepted by any one.

cipla — Unnecessary deduction from balance
I have deactivated my gprs by sending sms from last week.but after it i recieve message that ur requesy has been registered and u will get confirmation sms within 4 hrs. but still my balance is deducted by Rs 15 every day
i have also called cust care but the problem is not yet been solved
