[Resolved]  Cipla — Poor service of broadband in fulbari siliguri westbengal

Dear sir,

Its been almost 20 days our bsnl broadband is not working few days back after tiring phone calls to siliguri broadband service there wasnt any action from their end. and we went to fulbari exchange
and we got the connection for just two days and again its been 3 days we could not access internet
pls look into the matter. As internet is very important for our company and just for poor connection there are lots of pending.

Cipla — non delivery of courier

we have sent consignment[protected] and[protected] from haridwar to mumbai on dated 24/8/08 but yet we have not received the consignment

With due respect and humble submission kindly note the following:
our BSNL Broadband Internet is not working since 21 days, before a week
we went to our local fulbari, Dist jalpaiguri, westbengal. exchange and the SD
helped us and for 2 days there were no complaints. again since three days the
connection is very poor and we are not able to work. we are a pharma
company and internet for us is very important we cannot update our system neither
we can send and datas to our HO. when ever we give a call to any bsnl people they
dont take the matter seriously.
we request you to kindly look into the matter.
