[Resolved]  Citicorp Maruti Finance Ltd. — Not received NOC from Citicorp Maruti Finance against loan no. CEU[protected]

Hi,

I purchased a Maruti Zen LX on March 2004 which was financed (Rs. 110800/-) by Citicorp Maruti Finance Ltd. (Loan Account Number: CEU[protected]. The EMIs used to go via ECS. The last EMI was cleared in March 2007. After that I called up the company multiple times regarding NOC but didnt receive any help.

In June 2010 I got a call from a representative saying that he is from Maruti Citicorp and that there is some outstanding amount in my loan account. On further enquiry it looked like additional charges (bounce charges, penalty etc.) were levied.

However, when I tried getting in touch on the contact number provided to me I could not and I got to know that the company is no longer operational.
Recently from a CIBIL report I came to know that the company (Citicorp Maruti Finance Ltd. ) has reported that there is an outstanding of Rs. 19303/- and the status shows 'WRITTEN OFF'

As I currently see no way to get in touch with the above mentioned company I earnestly seek your help in getting this matter (NOC & CIBIL) resolved.
