Lets get together and get back our principle amount atleast. some Govt agency must get intself into the matter for the relief of the people.

the company is a total loss closing its assets and the case against the company is pending before Hon'ble Bombay High Court. i am doing a legal documentation work at supreme court my no. is [protected]. presently i have 7 persons from whose behalf we are going to file our case to establish our right before the Court. I think this is the correct way.

Please note that the Company has given undertaking before the Hon'ble High Court that they are organizing a meeting on 8th October, 2009 in Mumbai at Wankhede Stadium and the company will file the report of the conclusion of the said meeting before the High Court within 14 days i.e. till 22 Oct. 2009.

AS WE INVEST IN CITILIMO. WE ARE WITH CITILIMO FORUM, BECAUSE WE ARW LOT VRS MEMBER, AND OUR ONLY WAY OF EARNING IS CITILIMO, SO WE WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT, WE TRY TO SOLVE OUR PROBLM.

I have invested money in city limouzine. I have been told that city limouzine staff will send us letter to all investors about the meeting. but no letters has not issued. I want to know where is meeting . and when. and where is the management to resolve our problem.

I have invested Rs 128000/- in month of July 09. & my first cheque was due in month of Aug09 which is not cleared as company is in problem. I am from middle class family & I invested this money from my father's PF account. As I discussed with my father & we took decision that we want our money back. Please help us.

I m one of the investor, put my hard earn money, company had promised to give us good returns, but even our principal amount is at stake, which is not recovered. I wish to join the legal battle against the comapny or any other way so that we can recover our money.

Plz be patient and await the result of meeting and clearance from the Govt. While invesing nobody knows whether the company will run or not. So better wait and hope that the company continues to pay it memebrs.

I have invested in City Limo in Delhi. I see that all teh action is happening in Mumbai since it is Mumbai based, but what about its investors in other parts of India. We have no clue what is happening with the company. There is no news in newspaper or the limozine staff has not contacted us for updates. The worst is that we do not even have each other's phone no's or email adresses so that we could remain updated and plan a commom plan of action. Is tehre any one in Delhi who knows what is happening? I have huge amount invested in City and the offices are closed, no one answering calls and we dont know what to do. What is teh latest news on their case?
