City Limouzines Ltd — Not getting monthly return
I had invested in city limouzines India Ltd in 2007 initially i was getting my monthly return back on due date but from Aug 2009 my montly returns have stopped comingIf i call the company no one is picking up the phone Not able to understand what the actual scene is. Want to know where to lodge a complaint Please help me
On 19.11.2008 I made a agreement with the company for Rs 1,39,010/- for investment in real estate for tenure of 60 months.The company reistered under Act 1956 had its office at :

Alloted me Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 107,000/- out of which amount of Rs. 50,000/- was to be reedeemed after 5years and remaining was to redeemed with monthly benefit. The Redeemable Preferance Shares was equivalent to area of 20sqft. in the above mentioned Proposed Building/Project.
After calculating all of the different values mentioned in the documents that I have, the company was entitled to pay me monthly benefit for amount of 7775/- which the company agreed to pay me in the form of cheques which was to courier me regularly after every 03 months. At time of making agreement company did gave me refund of 12,000/-Rs. The company paid me 46,650/-Rs. in form of six cheques which i was able to encash n had due date of 28th of every month. The company broke the promise and agreement and never deliverd any courier. Every time I followed up with there office and pesonaly collected these cheques from the office. I live in extreme in suburbs of mumbai n has to spend money to go to there office and collect cheques, which took my whole day of work. The alst bunch of three cheques that i collected for the month of august, september and october was also given a month late. Here the company again broke the agreement and the cheque got bounced for the month of august. After that i followed with all the personnel in there office who werent able to give me proper answer for all the violations of agreement that they had been doing.
Finally they gave a notice in a marathi Newspapper dtd 22 sep 2009 that they have given all of there operations n had arraonged a meeting in a venue in Mumabi to settle all the financial matters of all there real estate investors at 3.30pm (IST). I did reached the venue in time, but after reaching there i learnt that the lawyer of company arranged a meeting in morning with some couple of investors and had settled the matter. From the other investors at the venue i learnt that company is unable to give any more monthly benefits and will pay all the remaining @ bank rate of 7% in 12 Post dated Cheques which we have to collect from there office after 15January 2010.
I request you to please spare time in understanding all the matter mentioned above. Thus i hereby want to settle matter with the company on grounds of all grievances, pain that i ahd been uptill now as a investor. I will get my principal amount as promised by one of the employee at the venue but i also want the compensation for all the time i had spent running around these fraud people.
I do have all the legal documents that you may need to settle the matter. I humbly request you to look into this case as the amount that i had invested is my hard earned money.
Please look into my case and settle it as soon as possible.
