On 15.09.09 I went to Delhi office of City Limouzines. Almost 200 members were there. They decideed to make a Association to plan further course of action towards recovery of investment. City Realcom Ltd. — Interest amount not recd. for 2 months

Invested around Rs.2 lakhs in City Realcom Ltd. and City Hospitality Ltd. They have issued advance interest cheques and now inform me not to deposit since 2 months saying they have central audit problem.

Interest for investment made with City Realcom Ltd. and City Hospitality Ltd. not received since 2 months

Sir,

You R requested to take necessary action against the company which cheated lots of people of India. They must refund the hard earn money of the people as soon as possible.

City Realcom Ltd — Non Receipt of Premium Cheques

I have invested in city realcom in the month of October 09 for Rs.239010/- company has given me
PDC cheques of Rs.14,025/- which was cleared on 30 July 09. Thereafter no cheques have been received from company. Now the company has advised not to deposit any cheques. First they told us to deposit on 5th of Sept now they told on 15th sept-2009. I have no any cheque is balance. I requested company to send me cheques. They told me that the cheques will be automatically received to you by 15th Sep. But till date no cheques have been received by me. When I tried to call, no one is attending the call.

It my humble request to check with such company since so many people have invested their valuable earnings in this scheme.

City Realcom Ltd. — Bouncing of cheque

I have invested Rs.1,25,000 in City Realcom Ltd, Regd. Head Office: (View Tour) 102, B-Wing (10th Floor), Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021 (INDIA) Tel : +[protected], 2202 8093, 4069 0000 Fax : +[protected], 2202 8098 through account payee cheque dated[protected]. The money was deposited through their Delhi office through cheque payable at Delhi. The company issued receipt No.13390 dated[protected]. The amount was debited from my account on[protected]. The company entered into an agreement dated[protected] with me. As per the agreement the company was to make repayment of the amount with interest/profit earned out of my money invested by them in monthly installments of Rs.8800 each month. The company sent me six post dated cheques of Rs.8800 to be encashed on 17th each month for the first six months. First cheque dated[protected] was honored by their Banker but subsequent cheques dated 17-08-09 and 17-09-09 have been returned unpaid by their Banker for want of sufficient funds in their account. I was told on telephone (No.[protected] from their New Delhi office Suite No.505, (5th Floor) E-Block, International Trade Towers, Nehru Place, New Delhi.110 019 that the matter is being looked into and will be sorted out shortly. Now all the telephones of their Delhi and Bombay offices are not responding. Please take necessary action so that my money is not swallowed by the company.

Govt. directly or through its agencies like SEBI, Registrar of Companies etc. should immediately take action against the City Group since its Group companies viz. City Realcom Ltd, City Limouzine Ltd. are trying to swindle money of the innocent public who invested in these companies. On top of it this Group is advertising that they are the sponsors of Indian Hockey team.

hi, i too deposited my hard earn money in City Real Com. but today i come to know from there web site that they are arranging meeting on 14 oct at Wilson high School, Mumbai-4.

as the company has decided that they will take care we will have to wait and wath about the things to come. finally it has to see all the things in our favour. thats all.

City Realcom Limited — cheques has been bounced

i have invested 4lakhs in realcom& my cheques has been bounced.....when will we get that back & how????

I have also invested Rs.1, 25, 010 in City Realcom Ltd. in June 2009. though I have received 6 post dated cheques but only one cheque was honored by their bankers. Rest of the cheques have been returned by their bankers for want of funds. Only God knows whether we will get back our money or it has been swallowed by the company.

All my sympathies to you all .. i am also an investor ... i was supposed to invest 5 lkahs in oct 08 but i only invested 1.25 in oct 08.. im currently loosing abt 60 to 70 thousand but im ok .. the very day i invested i knew co. wudnt last long .. wake up and smell the coffee .. how cud any co. offer you 48% returns p.a and you do not know wht the co. is doing .. more gain more risk ..plz understand ...do not have hopes of any amt, , , i know few insiders and as per a meeting they have promised by jan 2010 they wud give all 12 post dated cheques .. thats all bull s###... they are buying time so that we investors just lay calm and forget the whole matter .. plz dont keep any hopees and forget abt your money and beawre of co's like city ... example AIM MCL YIL, GCL, SHree resort etccc
