I had paid a booking amount of Rs 2Lakh to CitiSquare builder towards booking of plot 81 at bricks and Boundries, Anekal, Bangalore. But documents provided for this property by builder were not to our satisfaction so we requested the builder that we are not interested and return our advance payment. This happened in May 2008.
I sent a proper letter to builder explaining the reasons everything and he promised that amount will be given in one months time. But they have not given any money yet. This is going on 1 and half years now. Six months back, I decided to file a case but they convinced me that the amount will be given within one month but again they started delaying techinques by not taking a call or meeting.
I am just frustrated now and want to take the legal help to sort out this.
I do have the receipt of the payment and the letter which was sent to them.
I hope this forum helps me resolving this issue. Please let me know how to proceed on this.

CITY SQUARE — CHARGING MORE THAN MRP
The Vendor has charged more than MRP for two items -cadbury 95 gm choclate - Rs 50 instead of Rs 42 printed
Everest Kitchen King Masala - Rs 20 instead of MRP Rs. 18 printed indicating a need for the consumers to check the bills at these HI Fi looking stores and subsequent rechecking especislly when purchasing a long list of items.
On a bill of Rs 415 he has charged Rs 10 extra which may be more when purchasing more items.
this is definitely a deliberate job as he was seeing the price of the masala after not being able to find the cost in the system so to highlight the need of rechecking this complaint is being registered.
Kindly suggest what action should be taken against the Vendor.
