r no.15983 dt 19-03-09 rs.93500 & r no.13935 dt.09-03-09 rs.32010 to tal rs.125510.00 i have invested & only 4 installments of Rs.7775.00 received. Nalance amt mat please be reimbursed toghether with agrred interest as early as possible.

I had purchased a land from M/s Sumitra Realcon ( P) Ltd, 707, Sahid nagar, Bhubaneswar in 2007.Bulders are normally taking power of attorney from the orginal land holer and selling/ registering it to the interested parties. Mr. Rajendra Naranayan Routray is the MD of the company.After 2 years when I checked at Tahasil about the land it was found that there is some litigation with this land.One of the landholder of this particular piece of land had filled a case .So When I asked to Builders for the copy of original sale deed he fails to submit and committed me that you can get it within 15 days with No objection certificate( NOC). since last 3 months i have been struggling to get it but they are cheating me again and again. So i am suggesting not to deal any property from this builder.
