I was oferred a membership in club mahindra for a total package of Rs. 3, 37, 526 (vide membership ID # 1444457) our of which I made a down payment of Rs. 33753. Mr. Sharma & Mr. Tirath (both representing club mahindra) insisted on my taking the membership on money-back guarantee assurance claiming that as they have over-stayed in Ludhiana - their job will be at risk unless they can mature my sale by making payment through Credit Card for a future date. On the day my card was to be swiped, I called both these representatives to cancell my agreement, as promised by them and return back the swipe-slips.
They dilly-dolleyed on the issue and in the meantime got the credit card slips swiped.I objected to this and they assured that I will get a full refund for the amount shortly.
I even emailed my complaint to the company, from where I recieved a response from Mr. Ajay Nambiar (Head - Member Relations) who claimed that their sales team will be in touch with me to look into my complaint.
After many emails, I explained the facts to the person who made a routine check to look into my complaint.
After that there is total silence.
I wish to recieve back full refund of Rs. 33, 753 plus Rs. 10, 544 paid by me towards interest to HSBC Bank and Citi Bank.
