Dealing / Interacting with Club Mahindra Team was never been a pleasant experience but even beyond that now I am realizing that Joining the Club Mahindra Membership is one of the biggest mistake one can make in his life.
Club Mahindra Team, is always ready to Cheat the Customers and have 1000s of reasons ready for not giving you any service. The team has been trained to such an extent that the Customer Care executive doesn’t allow the members to speak to the Supervisors / Managers.. Very Surprising..
I am a member and was planning my holidays in next month as per my season’s calendar. While booking the accommodation, I was told by the Club Mahindra Team that all the Resorts Falling in my Season are booked six months in advance hence no Availability. Trust, when the membership was sold to me it was communicated very clearly by your sales team that Non Availability is one of the rarest chance in our Resorts in off season..
I suggest you guys must change your Positioning Statement which is “Fun-Family-Forever” because it is not depicted by your teams behavior rather in the Members opinion the Club Mahindra Positioning Statement Should be “Harassment – Pain – Forever”.
Looking at my Past Experience, I am not at all happy being a member of Club Mahindra. Please suggest me the way-out for cancellation of my membership. I am ready pay the exit Penalty Amount. Was this information helpful? |
Strongly cannot recommend for being member of club mahindra till we members get reservation comfortably.
