I HAVE GOT 3YR EXTENDED WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE TOO
NOW WHEN I GOT PROBLEM RETURNING FROM VRINDAVAN I APPROACHED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND SENT HELPLINE VEHICLE AND FOR THAT A SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU
NOW THE MOST CONCERNED PART IS YET AGAIN ATMARAM YOUR DEALER AT AGRA AND SPECIALLY MR KAPIL THEIR WHO LIKE IN PAST TOO MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED ONLY THRU YOUR INTERVENTION
THIS TIME AGAIN HE DEMANDED HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY DESPITE WARRANTY AND DEMANDED THAT HE WILL ONLY START WORK WHICH IN HIS WORDS MERELY HALF AN HOUR JOB
HE GAVE ME KNOWLEDGE THAT SHAFT WILL BE CHANGED AND IT DOES NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY, , , LABOUR CHARGE 1000RS AND HELPLINE CHARGES 2400 RS THAT TOO NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
I FACED SAME PROBLEM IN GEAR AND THAT TIME TOO SAME PERSON DEMANDED 18000 IN ADVANCE AND AFTER YOUR INTERVENTION MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED IN MERELY 40 RS
I JUST WANT TO KNOW TILL WHEN THIS TYPE OF CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS WILL CARRY ON, KINDLY LOOK IN THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE STRONG LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU
