[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — annual maintenance charges
I became a member in Club Mahindra since 1998 thru an exchange of membership with Highland Holidays where I was entitled to 7 annual holidays without any maintenance charges. In the event of my not using the resort I was entitled to encash the same .An executive from Club Mahindra convinced me into buying the Memembership by paying an additional Rs 35000 without explaining about the annual maintenance charges.I have not been using the resort from the beginning but am saddled with ASF of Rs 59000 from the beginning against which I have lodged very strong protests from the inception. What are my remedies against the company for not highlighting about the ASF in their ads nor in the presentation before the customer but which are included in the fine print of the contract? Was this information helpful?

Glad to hear from you on this issue.Hope you will be able to help me in this matter either thru transfer of my membership or waiving the annual ATF in the event of my non use of the mebership as Club Mahindra is reporting 87% occupancy and it is unfair to charge ATF from members who are not using the same.
I hope you will not refer me back to your chennai office as they have been extremely rude to me and as a senior citizen they have not given me the respect due for my age.
Regards,
Balachandran
