[Resolved] Club Mahindra Membership — No refund issued even after 3 months | |||
No refund issued for the Cancellation Request no.-036-674 even after more than 3 months have elapsed. Member ID-2412917. All phone calls and emails are going unheard. The staff at Pitampura branch (the Meenakshi's and the Anjali's) are all lying by saying we'll get back to you but no body will get back. Was this information helpful? | |||

Club Mahindra — No refund after 3 months
I have applied for the cancellation of membership. I applied for the cancellation in month of December 08. At the time of filling cancellation request, company gave me time of 30-45 working days.After repeated calling also the matter is not sort out at their end, Its being almost 3 months I am taking panic just because of all this.
Please suggest how to move further to take legal action against Club Mahindra.
