[Resolved]  Clubmore membership — Not giving gifts as promised

I stay near More stores at Panchpakhadi, Thane. We regularly purchase many items worth more than Rs 5000/- every month on two different membership cards. My clubmore membership no is [protected]. Although I have a clubmembership card, my wife was given another card no. [protected]. Since I have my own card, my wife told the salesman that there is no need for another card but she was assured that both cards will be considered together. Your eager salesman managed to sell the card to my wife.
Since May 09 onwards there are gifts for purchases more than Rs 2000/- & more than Rs 4000/-. For May & June we got gifts as promised. But for July & Aug, after my wife getting her card, both of started purchasing on our independent cards. But total purchase on both cards for both months used to be more than Rs 5000/-. We wanted gifts for more than Rs 4000/- category but we are told that we cannot get it because individual card purchase for both months is more than Rs 2000/-. So we will get gifts for each of the card for both months for Rs 2000/- plus type. We do not want this. We want that since both cards are of a single family both should considered together and gifts should be given.
Having learnt a lesson now, from Sept 09 onwards we are using a single card. However bonuspoints of another card will lapse because of non-use. So I request you that as a one time exercise 1) July & Aug gifts should be given for more than Rs 4000/- category & 2) bonuspoints of non-use card should be added to the card being used. We will throw away non-use card after that.
ALTERNATIVELY you can inter-link cards of a family with the permission of the concerned family.
