I purchased Product no. 1704 as ,mentioned above,vide your B. No. 4854 dated,27/01/2010, Bokk No. 98. while travelling through Jet lite from Mumbai to Calcutta in Flight no. S703, and got delivery at calcutta airport shop of yours. However when product was opened up the clutch nob that locks the clutch found broken, i shown the product to your shop incharge there, but she replied that the same product is not available with her and asked me to get the same exchanged at Mumbai airport. however i did not found any shop of yours at mumbai airport.
Kindly arrange to getme the clutch replaced.
