With reference to the above subject, I herewith brings you kind self that yesterday on 02.02.2012 at around 6.30 pm - 7.15 pm, I am tried to withdraw amount Rs 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) from ATM counter of Axis bank at SFS, Yelahanka, Bangalore. But transaction has there is no money transfer (no cash received against my requirement).
For above said transaction, slip also not received.
I herewith request you to see the above matter & kindly do the needful at the earliest.
