[Resolved]  CMC Limited — Receipt not being printed in ATM machine

Dear Sir,

The ATM Machine placed in office campus of CMC Ltd, Gachibowli is not working to take the Receipts/Mini statement. The Blank paper of print outs are coming since 10 days. Our Admin incharge Mr BCS Rao has complained to your service block

The complaint is not being looked into and no technician has visited so far to rectifiy the problem and all the staff members of CMC are facing inconvenience as it is the first week of month where several Bank Transactions exists like Salary credit, EMI debit etc and people would like to take Mini Statement.

I request the authorities concerned to give top priority to this and do the needful immdly in the interest of many customers being affected.

The complaint actually belongs to Axis Bank as the ATM placed in CMC Campus is not working. Inadvertantly the complaint is referred wrongly to CMC Ltd.

Inconvenience is regretted.

Also to mention, that the Axis Bank also rectified the ATM machine problem.
