I am using Airtel postpaid from last couple of months. Now it was disconnected because of not paying the Bill Amount around 2000/-. The reason for not paying the Mobile bill is I am not not receiving bills from the beginning.(Only for first month I have received).
I have so many complaints on this, but no use. Because the Courier Service updating the information saying they delivered bills to my home, which is wrong information. I told this clearly to the Airtel Customer Care, but not doing anything. Without bills I cannot pay the due amount.
Finally, If you are able to do something respond immedialy, because I lost so many contacts which are relate to this number.
I think asking for a bill before paying bill amount is legal, if it is not so please let me know I will pay the bill.
