Coca Cola International Promotion — Complian

Dear Sir,
I have received a letter from Mr. Roland Brown, Verifications Award Officer, Coca Cola International Promotion, London on 16/08/2009 informing me that I have been awarded 1 million GBP from coca cola Mobile Promotion (UK).
He has given me a Secret pin no. also for further correspondence and had directed me to contact Dr. Barry Gate, Director of Public Relation E.U. (UK) with his E-mail ID eu.[protected]@yahoo.co.uk Phone no. [protected],[protected]. Further he has asked my personal details which I have provided to Dr. Barry Gate on 17/08/2009. Then Dr. Barry Gate sent a person named Benjamin Derrick as E.U. Dispatch Officer to Mumbai with the Cheque given by his Organization for me. Since then he had been demanding money for Insurance, Customs, Bonafide Certificates, Registration in RBI all this amounting to Rs. 3,62,800/- which I have paid. Now he is asking for Irs 3,82,000/- for transfer of funds in Mumbai. Then I went to Mumbai and found that all copies of the documents provided by him through Email to me were fake.
Now please let me know whether the award to my phone no. [protected] is True one or false.
If it is fraud kindly help me and oblige.
