On contacting through e-mail I have been told that it is not a lottery but a donation and my request have been forwarded to

Now Dr. Barry Gates is telling me that I need to pay £280.00 as insurance charges and another £34..00 as shipment charges through DHL.
Please tell me whether it is a spam or is it genuine and in such a case what should I do.
