I have also recieved the same message and piad arround 1lakh 39 thousand INR. I think these guys are cheating since they are asking for more money now to deliever the same amount.

Hey guys, same is the case with me and the message was delivered to me at 3 in the morning asking me to contact some mr. roland by mailing brown.[protected]@live.com!!!
