With due respect, Myself Santosh Kumar Pradhan from GITA, BBSR., Here we had brought 37no of desk top model Compaq presario sg3530IL with 17inch TFT model hpw1707 for our organisation, which have in the warranty. but there is 20 key boards & one smps is not working.
Therefore kindly collect my complain & solve our organisation problem for smoothly running our organisation.

2) Latest Case Reference Number (a ten digit number provided by the Technical Support Team/Service Centre for the complaint logged).
3) If you have availed warranty extension for your unit, please share the Carepack Serial Number and confirm whether your unit is currently under warranty extension.

THANKING FOR EARLY RESPOSNE. 1STLY - IT WAS WITHEN WARRANTY PERIOD WHEN IT STOPS WORKING. THEN I WENT TO MY RETAIL SHOP "CROMA" BARODA. CROMA PEOPLE DISCUSSED WITH HP- SERVICE CENTRE AND CONFIRMED ME THAT HARD DRIVE OF LAPTOP GONE AND IT WILL BE CHARGED BY APROAX 4000INR. SO I DON'T HAVE ANY DETAILS WHAT YOU WANT TO VERIFY.
IN THIS REGARD, I SHALL BE HELPFULL, IF YOU WILL PROVIDE ANY SUPPORTING MAIL TO ME THROUGH WHICH I CAN GET A FREE SERVICE FROM YOUR NEARBY SERVICE CENTRE IN BARODA.

Compaq — then play video hang laptop
then play video so window hang . I serviced laptop 2 time but this time no problem after some day same problemso detect this problem and solve.

Compaq — Complain against Service Center
HiMy laptop is under warranty, and there is some problem with my Wi-Fi. And when I went to HP service center, they were demanding money. And they said that I have to pay offline.
Is it right that coz they are working on HP's payroll and they are tring to run there own bussines.
