As a customer if I do prepayment, your sevices must be of that kind. You wrote in ur magazine that books will be sent the very next day.

Competition Success Review — didn't receive december issue of csr magazine
i did not get the competition success review magazine. i subscribed for it in October 2011 (CSR+GK TODAY +YEAR BOOK) i didnot get the december 2011 issue of csr and gk today.i also did not the GK TODAY magazine of JANUARY 2012
