I have purchased one computer 4 months back from Mr.Tapas Laha with Vat bill and also for one year AMC with AMC agreement. The amount was fully paid but whenever I call him he avoids to attend and lastly he took the CPU to his workshop for details checking 15 days back but neither he repairs the same nor attending my phone call for positive reply. Don't hesitate to lodge a complaint against him. Go to your local police station and lodge a simple complaint against him. Ask for refund of your AMC fee. Definitely he won't serve you better after. So take AMC from some other person. If you lodge a complaint the police will take care of your issue. You should have your VAT bill (note that VAT bill has the serial number details of your machine). First go to the local police station and lodge a complaint. It will many people like you from suffering. Let these mean vendors have a lesson. ALL THE BEST.
